Hot Position - Purchasing Associate

HelioFocus is looking for a highly motivated purchasing associate to work directly with the procurement manager to procure parts, material and services and to support department needs throughout the organization. Position includes:
 

• Creating logistics Bill of Materials from engineering BOM
• Entering quotations, initiating and completing vendor orders
• Negotiation and expediting vendors

Position requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar position
• Experience and knowledge of an ERP system  (Priority Advantage)
• High level of English
